Nithiyanantha has been surrendered yesterday morning, and he released by getting bail from court. And he has been arrested by police on evening. He has been taken to mysore jail on yesterday night.

Today he had been taken to bangalore court to produce before the judge. Police keen to take him for 15 days custody.

Nithiyanantha has been send to mysore jail. Karnataka government think of the issues of damaging the peace in mysore, so the plan to send him to another jail. before that he has been arrested yesterday, karanataka police case two FIR against him.

Police officers said, Nithyananda was kept in cell no- 19 at the first floor of the new building. It was the same cell, where suspected Al-badr, Fahad and Ali Hussain terrorists had been kept, before being shifted to Bangalore. He will share the cell with another inmate. 

He will be produced before the judge on today at 10.30 am.
